Subprocessors
SoftComply uses a limited number of carefully selected third-party subprocessors to deliver its services. A subprocessor is a third party engaged by SoftComply to process personal data on behalf of a customer where SoftComply acts as a data processor. We maintain appropriate contractual data-protection arrangements with every subprocessor listed below, requiring them to protect personal data and fulfil the applicable data-protection obligations set out in our agreements with customers.
We are committed to keeping this list accurate and current. If SoftComply adds a new subprocessor or makes a material change to an existing subprocessor relationship, we will notify affected customers in advance before the change takes effect, providing them with an opportunity to object in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Notifications will be sent to the account owner’s email address on file, and this page will be updated accordingly.
