Object Registers are a feature of the Risk Manager Plus Cloud that allows you to create custom data structures (i.e. data tables) and link these structures to Jira issues like you would link other issues. Custom data structures are like database tables that you can build inside the Risk Manager Plus Cloud application. When these registers are filled with data you can link Jira issues with the data objects. In other words, the object registers are like complex customisable dropdown lists you can use as Jira issue fields

In the Server version of SoftComply Risk Manager Plus we do not host, store, transmit, receive or collect any information you provide, including your content. All information will be stored in your Jira application in your own Server. If you use the SoftComply Risk Manager Plus, responsibility for securing storage and access to the information you put into the Services rests with you and not SoftComply. We strongly recommend that Server users configure SSL to prevent interception of data transmitted over networks and to restrict access to the databases and other storage points used.

For our Privacy Policy, please refer to SoftComply Risk Manager Plus Terms of Services.

Sometimes you may already have fields with the same names and may want to rename the new fields that were created. Please continue here to learn how you can rename the locked Risk Manager Plus fields.
